Excellent question. I'm planning to have 2 Vista test systems for m_m in the very near future. I cannot answer your question though, yet.

I'm going to try and install it on one remote system this weekend, if it plays nicely with me.

With the log viewer viewing an IM log, click on the right side (where the actual chat text is displayed) and hit F5. F5 brings up the "find" box that F3 does, instead of refreshing. When using the built-in search, F5 does not work unless the right-side is clicked on, but still has the F3/F5 bug. bug...

If you use it for the smile sets rather than tabs, then you should be ok. If you have tabs enabled, it can have issues.

I haven't tested it on 5.5 myself yet, but no--software isn't always compatible with older versions...think about 6.0 and using middle_man/deadaim/messenger:mate ;) Plans for 5.5 support are there, and it may even work right now, but it wasn't intended for 5.5--yet--so it hasn't been tested thorough...

It'll probably be back. What it means is that you have security enabled by using an encryption certificate. However, with middle_man, you can enable the lock without actually having a certificate.
