So going into the AIM folder and running unwise32.exe doesn't uninstall AIM? What errors do you get, if any?

I have all of the AIM versions from 4.8.2790 and newer on my site:

All are legitimate installers.

Actually, you're using the same version; there isn't an update. The installer is exactly the same, it's just named differently on the download page for some reason.

In my experience, just deleting it changes it to a null value. So when you want to change it within m_m, you just leave the "current password" field blank.

You can run AIM Fix at anytime, but if AIM is running at the same time, AIM Fix will close it.
