If you installed M_M into the default directory, then follow these instructions:
1. Open windows explorer.
2. Go to your C:\ drive
3. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Middleman
4. A folder with middleman logs should be there; they will appear as .htm files. Delete them.

Unless she manually changed the directory and forgot about it.

And if they aren't where Thermite said they'd be, she can always just run a search on her computer for "middleman" or "logs" etc.

Direct connections are not logged in Middleman. The log manager freezing is a known issue with Middleman, and it seems to be random. A workaround is to go to the middleman settings and choose "Open log manager" from the log manager settings, as opposed to the hotkey or the shortcut from the main mid...

A keylogger won't get him the other side of the conversation though, which is half of what he wants. I doubt there's a free chat logger (as opposed to keylogger), because there weren't any when I was obsessed with them 'bout 6 months ago. I did. Once. Can't remember how, but I did. And MM still functioned. Only problem is that some of the options in the MM menu can't be accessed by hotkeys, I think.

Logging works fine =] You're just one of those randomly unfortunate people who gets crash'd when you click 2 of the 3 log viewer... buttons. Try going into MM settings, and launching it from the button in Logging Settings. This works for most people with this problem.

Known bug.
