maybe if middle_man does this, they can hide AIM's away box and put their own up. Because AIM's is too obtrusive.

Yeah it checks the version of AIM before it loads. I always "ignore the rules" when testing things and wanted to see how it worked on other versions of AIM, but it didn;t

This is caused by the major changes AIM did with 5.9 as opposed to the others.

Yeah, the majority of users decided that AIM Triton/6.0 is utter crap, and the developers are designing middle_man to work with 5.x (right now only 5.9, but this will be changed in the future) since the architecture is different from 6.0

Good suggestion. I like it, if it were optional. It's just a matter of copying the AIM registry settings over to the new screenname, which shouldn't be too hard.

Hmm.. that's odd. Usually the installer with the ads has an additional EULA that you need to accept for the third party software to install. Just clean off the adware with spybot/adaware/windows defender/spysweeper and you should be fine. I'd suggest using beta 3. It is much more solid and many popu...

I believe you need to stop being rude and posting the same thing in topics that have nothing to do with your post. Please refer to the official post by the developers: you would have seen that your suggestions are coming soon.

1) offline messaging can be difficult because bots like dorrmanbot have been shut down. there might be a way, we'll see what happens. 2)This is already a feature of AIM. It will hopefully be improved 3) Will not happen. Removing yourself was an aim server thing back in the day and was disabled. Addi...

Your logs are time stamped, they're just commented out. In the log viewer, press f2 to see them. If you do not want the timestamp to be commented out, then in AIM preferences, find the option to always show the timestamp.

Session concluded would be a nice option to add (optional, of course).

I have it working with beta 3. This is unsupported and not recommended. And whenever I fund a bug I always unload smilez, and try to replicate it before posting on the forums

There is no feature to automatically import logs yet (I'm not sure if there will be)

What is the structure of the logs. You can manually move them, or use a program called flash renamed to mass rename and move a bunch of files. It may be a little complicated though.
