You have the option on the first page of the settings page to decide which "advertisement" you want. There are three options, the best thing to do is set them and see which you like the best.

If you are asking if middle_man does any type of $WA_SONG, then...no, middle_Man doesnt do it.

From my understanding, support for m_m is currently at the 5.9 stage. Middle_man won't even install if you are using something other than 5.9. There are future plans to expand to other versions, but as of now, m_m works on *all* subversions of 5.9.

I realize middle_man can "clone" in the sense that it will allow you to have multiple AIM sessions going at once. My suggestion is that all preferences be carried over to the cloning screenname. I believe this has to do with AIM Expressions turned on. Try turing them off and see if that fixes the problem...
