Post by cokalsM »

OFFTOPIC: I didn't want to make a new topic for this but how does middle man use proxy technology?

No, not at all. I thought proxies were used for security purposes, connecting with other machines or servers, and protecting identities. I googled it and found nothing other than what I just said.

middle_man is a proxy so that it can intercept and control anything they want to between AIM and the servers.

AIM no longer connects to the server, it connects to middle_man so that middle_man can do unique things and get all of the information it needs, thus adding to the reliability and ease of coding for the two geniuses to get done what they want.
