Updating Middle Man

I'm not sure if this has been posted yet or not, so sorry if it has. I currently have version 0.2.0012 BETA of MM and version 5.5.3599 of AIM and I want to update to 0.3.0002 of MM and 5.6 of AIM. If I update, will I lose all of my aliases? If I do, is there a way to save my aliases? Thank you

My only input is that I don't think there exists an AIM 5.6.

when i updated to 5.9 and the new MM my alias' were lost
