I was going to suggest upgrading the forums, since there were shittons of security vulnerabilities with whichever old version was there.
In other words, it's weird as hell.

I had meant the off-topic forum. It doesn't appear (to me at least) with the other theme. But that's resolved now.
But it's not really the off-topic forum, since its the only forum that gets posted in, until a day ago.
